⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Windy City Motors, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It was clear that they prioritize their customers and want them to drive away happy. Regarding the quality of the vehicles, I was thoroughly impressed. Each car on the lot was well-maintained, and I could tell they take pride in offering only the best. I had the best experience with these guys when looking for my dream car I’ve always wanted. I have been looking for several months with several different people/dealers and so on. Even looking in other states. Nothing would pan out! They either didn’t respond or it was supposedly sold when we got there (🤔) but always had something else to show me that I didn’t want! One day looking online there was a Nissan Maxima just brought in. Locally! Black like I wanted. I get there and it was in the body shop getting the fender replaced. (Because they literally do sell quality cars.) For a split second I was bummed but they said they had a silver one they just recieved. It wasn’t quite ready but asked if I’d like to look at it and I said sure. Knowing I’d most likely want the black one. As soon as I saw it I instantly knew I wanted that color. It was beautiful to me! I still had to see the black one just in case though and they knew I had come for that one. They told me it would be back that next week about Tuesday. I think it was 4 days away. I called Steve the owner about two days later and asked if I could go to the body shop where it was and just take a peek so I can make my decision. He told me not to worry. They won’t sell either car until I choose which one I want. ( he knew why I was worried lol) So I waited til Tuesday. Anyone could have came by and wanted the silver one but they didn’t sell it. They waited until the black one was finished so I could make my decision. I chose the silver one! I was so happy that they kept it for me knowing they could sell it and what if I would have got the other or not shown up at all?! They trusted me enough to come back and hold the cars for me. I would say the best part about my experience with them is not once did I feel pressured to buy. Not once. I never felt more comfortable at a car dealership in all the times I’ve been to one. They could have pressured me to buy the silver one and get there money right then and there but they didn’t. He told me to wait. Then when I had an issue with my bank not releasing the full amount due to their fraud policy , he had no problem with me paying him that week in different increments. Made me feel good about the whole situation. Didn’t bother him one bit. My money was in an online bank so I couldn’t just go withdraw all the cash. They have severe limits (hence why I no longer use an online account. Never again) I met two other guys besides Steve the owner while I was in the office a few times and I just loved all the guys working there. They may not be some big fancy dealership, but they also don’t rack up the car prices in order to build that fancy dealership. They by far have the best prices when compared to all the others we found. I still haven’t found a price comparable. And to find out we got a 6 month warranty with our purchase! We paid full for our car so I will say I know nothing about their financing so I can’t review on that. This experience was a 5 star for me and those who know me personally know I don’t just review things unless I truly mean it. Thank you Steve and Windy City Motors for having my dream car and giving me a wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Steve went above and beyond, both giving me a deal and fixing a couple of things I wanted taken care of before purchasing. I will absolutely recommend Windy city motors to anyone looking for a good deal.
